The First Blog Post to Become a Law Review Article?
Daniel Solove has one-upped those of us who have been debating whether blog posts can be legal scholarship: He took his very funny blog post The MultiState Bar Exam as a Theory of Law and submitted it for publication as a law review article. The article is all of four pages long, and is being published by the Michigan Law Review in its book review issue. Dan has posted the article version on SSRN, and you can download it here: The Multistate Bar Exam as a Theory of Law.
Meanwhile, right now I am polishing up a new submission to law reviews that I hope to send out this week. It is called The First Blog Post to Become a Law Review Article?, and you can preview a first draft here.
